Why not?

Corn on the Cob Spritzed with Olive Oil
Fresh Tomatoes with Chopped Basil & Sea Salt
Sauteed Summer Yellow Squash with Red Onion
Steamed Swish Chard with Garlic
I am not a vegetarian; however, harvest season is a great time to
flood your body with beautiful food.

I try to prepare at least 2 vegetarian meals a week for dinner.
Veggie dinners are probably the easiest to prepare.

Give it a go!
Why not?
Keep it simple.
Remember my motto:
Eat Simply. Simply Eat.
