Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate Mousse
2 medium Avocados (Yup! For real!)
3/4 c Agave Nectar
1 t. Vanilla Extract
3/4 c Cacao Powder
3/4 c Water + any extra
to thin to desired consistency

Puree all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
Layer mousse with fresh pureed strawberries.
Serve chilled.
