Superfood Shake

2 Handfuls of Spinach
2 Handfuls of Frozen Blueberries
1 Handful of Ice Cubes
1 Cucumber peeled
1/2 a Pineapple
1 apple, peeled & chunked
6 oz. All Natural Dannon Yogurt
Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla (Enough to blend)
