Flax Oil

I've been using Flax Oil for a few years now and notice
the days I go without, mainly in how my body digests food.

I use about 1 T. of Flax Oil on my salads or smoothies.
It has a mild flavor.
Notice it is stored in a dark bottle.
I purchased mine at the local health food store in the refrigerated section.
It will not solidify like olive when cold,
so it's super easy to use.

According to the Mayo Clinic: mayoclinic.org
"Flaxseed and its derivative flaxseed oil/linseed oil are rich sources of the essential fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid, which is a biologic precursor to omega-3 fatty acids such as eicosapentaenoic acid.
Just to name a couple it helps with:
High cholesterol or triglycerides
(flaxseed and flaxseed oil)
In laboratory and animal studies, flaxseed and flaxseed oil are reported to lower blood cholesterol levels.

Heart disease
(flaxseed and flaxseed oil)
People who have had a heart attack are reported to benefit from diets rich in alpha-linolenic acid, which is found in flaxseed."

So basically it's good stuff!!!
