A New Beginning

I am currently coaching 30 women whom I have high hopes for...

I am going to see them do some amazing things in their pursuit for better health!

I can't wait!

I met with them all this last week and said,

I am frequently asked questions like, "How do I go about losing weight? What do you do for exercise? & What do you eat?"

My passion revolves around nutrition, health and fitness. I thrive on researching & reading about these very issues. It fascinates me... not to mention, I have 4 daughters who I want to help guide & teach by example. This blog is an effort to help answer some of these questions and more. They are my opinions and what works for me.

I absolutely love coaching those who are ready to take charge of their health & watching them achieve their health & fitness goals whatever they might be! I consider it to be a privilege to be a part of their journey. I enjoy your questions & comments.
